Dr. Noelle Orr

Dr. Noelle Orr

Associate Chiropractor

At ten years old, Dr. Noelle knew that she was called to be a chiropractic healer. Her childhood chiropractor, who treated her since infancy, encouraged this vision and of the pursuit of her career. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Port Orange, completing an internship rotation at the Orlando VA hospital which gave her first hand experience in providing holistic care to chronic pain patients.

Dr. Noelle is a firm believer in the efficacy of chiropractic care. She has promoted her profession both to potential students as a Palmer Campus Guide and to the Florida legislature as a lobbyist with the Florida Chiropractic Association.

Now a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association, Dr. Noelle is certified in Webster Technique and Perinatal Certified. Her passion is to help mothers have happy and successful pregnancies and children grow into healthy adults. She loves being part of a practice that provides excellent holistic care to her community.

Dr. Noelle enjoys drama, music, theater (especially Shakespeare!), Star Trek, Tolkien, and all things nerdy. She lives with her family and her crotchety but faithful beagle Samwise.

Dr. Brittney Montijo

Dr. Brittney Montijo

Dr. Brittney Montijo is passionate about helping individuals overcome pain and achieve optimal health. Before becoming a chiropractor, Dr. Montijo worked as a respiratory therapist starting in 2007, specializing in critical care for infants, children, high-risk mothers, and babies at Advent Health’s Critical Pediatric Transport and Children’s Mercy Hospital in Kansas City. Dr. Ali Stevens-Ervin

Dr. Ali Stevens-Ervin

Associate Chiropractor

Chiropractic was always a part of Dr. Ali’s life. Growing up in a family that relied on and loved their chiropractor, she experienced firsthand what it meant to have someone who truly knew and cared for her family’s health. That relationship planted a seed early on, a desire to one day be that person for others. As she got older, what started as a familiar part of childhood became a clear and undeniable calling to help people live healthier, fuller lives.
Dr. Ali graduated Summa Cum Laude and Valedictorian from Palmer College of Chiropractic, where she also served as her class’s Student Council representative, tutored her fellow students, and was actively involved across campus organizations. She became a member of the International Chiropractic Pediatric Association (ICPA) and is certified in Webster Technique, with a heart for helping moms have empowered pregnancies, babies thrive, and children grow into healthy and active adults. She has also pursued additional training in sports and functional rehabilitation, with a passion for helping athletes and active individuals perform and feel their best.
Her favorite thing about chiropractic is simple: she gets to walk alongside people at every stage of life and help them feel like themselves again. It is why she is particularly drawn to Torque Release Technique, a gentle and specific approach rooted in neurology that allows her to do exactly that with precision and care.
Having grown up riding horses, playing sports, and drumming in her high school and college marching bands, Dr. Ali has never been one to sit still. That same energy carries into her life outside of the office, whether she’s at the beach, doing a fun workout, or lost in a good book with an iced coffee in hand. She is married to Aidan, who has been her greatest supporter since high school, and shares her home with her kitty Pumpkin and recent rescue dog Chili.

Our Support Team

Chiropractic Care is a family affair! We never could have built this practice without Dr Christina’s amazing husband. Although he works outside the office, you might occasionally see him in the office fixing things that Dr C can’t figure out how to repair! And of course, we have to celebrate our office mascots (Dr C’s kiddos), Oliver and Emilia!
